Please allow 8-12 weeks for furniture delivery. We acknowledge that our shipment timeframe may be longer than what you might find in traditional stores. At Love of Rattan, we are committed to providing you with a sustainable and environmentally responsible shopping experience. We ship products directly from our artisan partners to your doorstep. This approach allows us to reduce the carbon emissions associated with the traditional warehousing and distribution process. This not only benefits the environment but also ensures that you receive products that are freshly produced, on-demand, and not sitting in storage for extended periods.
Lead time information is available on each product page for furniture pieces. Due to global manufacturing and shipping shortage, shipping timelines for furniture items are estimated and may extend past their quoted dates. Love of Rattan cannot accept responsibility for such delay. Orders are ineligible for cancellation once queued for shipment.
We offer one convenient delivery service option.
Complimentary Curbside Delivery will bring the shipment to the curbside of your house or building; you are responsible for bringing it inside and unpacking/discarding any packaging materials.
Please note that additional costs may apply to your shipment if the carriers encounter difficulties accessing the delivery location, such as narrow roads or encountering situations where the delivery appointment is missed. In such cases, our dedicated customer service team will promptly contact you to discuss the situation and find a suitable solution.

For Alaska, Hawaii and off mainland furniture customers, please reach out to our customer support team ahead of purchase for shipping quotes. Depending on the orders, Love of Rattan may cover full or partial shipping cost.

Please note that this process may involve certain fees for shipping, and restocking.
